Foreigner's Guide to Living in Slovakia
Margerete Hurn's book, A Foreigner's Guide to Living in Slovakia, is one of the current books that I'm reading. The link I'm including is to her website which also has a great blog posting good up to date information about the area. I've added her blog to my Slovak links on the right. This might be the best site for information on the area yet.

So, I breezed through this new site you found. How did you find it? It is very interesting and informative. When I visit I will use it befor I go. I explored her blog a bit, too. Funny about the Native American legend of "Wanatoo" (sp) and how popular the stories are...sounds like they consider him "real" and not just a story...anyway, great sight...any pictures of London coming (-: ?
